Adjusted LIBOR Rate definition

Adjusted LIBOR Rate means, at any time with respect to any LIBOR Loan, a rate per annum equal to the LIBOR Rate as in effect at such time plus the Applicable Margin Percentage for LIBOR Loans as in effect at such time.
Adjusted LIBOR Rate means, with respect to any Eurodollar Borrowing for any Interest Period, (a) an interest rate per annum (rounded upward, if necessary, to the nearest 1/100th of 1%) determined by the Administrative Agent to be equal to the LIBOR Rate for such Eurodollar Borrowing in effect for such Interest Period divided by (b) 1 minus the Statutory Reserves (if any) for such Eurodollar Borrowing for such Interest Period.
Adjusted LIBOR Rate means, for any Interest Period, the LIBOR Rate for such Interest Period or, if the Board imposes a Reserve Percentage with respect to eurodollar deposits in dollars in the London interbank market, the rate obtained by dividing (a) the LIBOR Rate for such Interest Period by (b) 1 minus the Reserve Percentage.

  • The applicable Alternate Base Rate or Adjusted LIBOR Rate shall be determined by the Administrative Agent in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and such determination shall be conclusive absent manifest error.

Adjusted LIBOR Rate means, with respect to a LIBOR Advance for any day during the relevant LIBOR Interest Period, the sum of (i) the quotient of (a) the Base LIBOR Rate applicable to such LIBOR Interest Period, divided by (b) one minus the Reserve Requirement (expressed as a decimal) applicable to such LIBOR Interest Period, plus the LIBOR Applicable Margin in effect on such day.
Adjusted LIBOR Rate means a rate per annum equal to the quotient obtained (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the nearest 1/100th of 1%) by dividing (a) the applicable LIBOR Rate by (b) 1.00 minus the Reserve Percentage.
