Adjusted LIBOR Rate definition

Adjusted LIBOR Rate means, at any time with respect to any LIBOR Loan, a rate per annum equal to the LIBOR Rate as in effect at such time plus the Applicable Margin Percentage for LIBOR Loans as in effect at such time.
Adjusted LIBOR Rate means, with respect to any Eurodollar Borrowing for any Interest Period, (a) an interest rate per annum (rounded upward, if necessary, to the nearest 1/100th of 1%) determined by the Administrative Agent to be equal to the LIBOR Rate for such Eurodollar Borrowing in effect for such Interest Period divided by (b) 1 minus the Statutory Reserves (if any) for such Eurodollar Borrowing for such Interest Period.
Adjusted LIBOR Rate means, with respect to a LIBOR Rate Advance for the relevant Interest Period, the sum of (i) the Applicable Margin plus (ii) the quotient of (a) the LIBOR Rate applicable to such Interest Period, divided by (b) one minus the Reserve Requirement (expressed as a decimal) applicable to such Interest Period.

Examples of Adjusted LIBOR Rate in a sentence

  • The applicable Alternate Base Rate or Adjusted LIBOR Rate shall be determined by the Administrative Agent in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and such determination shall be conclusive absent manifest error.

  • Subject to the provisions of Section 2.06(c), the Loans comprising each Eurodollar Borrowing shall bear interest at a rate per annum equal to the Adjusted LIBOR Rate for the Interest Period in effect for such Borrowing plus the Applicable Margin in effect from time to time.

Adjusted LIBOR Rate means, with respect to a Loan on any day, (i) an interest rate per annum (rounded upward, if necessary, to the nearest 1/100th of 1%) determined by the Bank to be equal to the LIBOR Rate for such Loan in effect on such day divided by (ii) 1 minus the Statutory Reserves (if any) for such Loan for such day.
Adjusted LIBOR Rate means a rate per annum equal to the quotient obtained (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the nearest 1/100th of 1%) by dividing (a) the applicable LIBOR Rate by (b) 1.00 minus the Reserve Percentage.
