Screen Rate definition

Screen Rate shall have the meaning specified in the definition of Eurodollar Rate.
Screen Rate means the London interbank offered rate administered by the ICE Benchmark Administration Limited (or any other person which takes over the administration of that rate) for Dollars for the relevant period displayed on pages LIBOR01 or LIBOR02 of the Reuters screen (or any replacement Reuters page which displays that rate) or on the appropriate page of such other information service which publishes that rate from time to time in place of Reuters. If such page or service ceases to be available, the Agent may specify another page or service displaying the relevant rate after consultation with the Borrower;
Screen Rate means, in relation to any period for which an interest rate is to be determined under any provision of a Finance Document, the British Bankers’ Association Interest Settlement Rate for the relevant currency and period displayed on the appropriate page of the Reuters screen. If the agreed page is replaced or service ceases to be available, the Agent may specify another page or service displaying the appropriate rate after consultation with the Borrower and the Lenders;

Examples of Screen Rate in a sentence

  • In the case of Exempt Notes which are also Floating Rate Notes where the applicable Pricing Supplement identifies that Screen Rate Determination or CMS Rate Determination applies to the calculation of interest, if the Reference Rate from time to time is specified in the applicable Pricing Supplement as being other than EURIBOR or CMS Reference Rate, the Rate of Interest in respect of such Exempt Notes will be determined as provided in the applicable Pricing Supplement.

  • In the case of Exempt Covered Bonds which are also Floating Rate Covered Bonds where the applicable Pricing Supplement identifies that Screen Rate Determination applies to the calculation of interest, if the Reference Rate from time to time is specified in the applicable Pricing Supplement as being other than LIBOR or EURIBOR, the Rate of Interest in respect of such Exempt Covered Bonds will be determined as provided in the applicable Pricing Supplement.
