Each Lender that is subject to reserve requirements of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (or any successor) may require the Borrowers to pay, contemporaneously with each payment of interest on the Eurodollar Rate Advances, additional interest on the related Eurodollar Rate Advances of such Lender at the rate per annum equal to the excess of (i) (A) the applicable Eurodollar Rate divided by (B) one minus the Eurodollar Rate Reserve Percentage over (ii) the applicable Eurodollar Rate.
The Borrower shall pay each Lender additional interest on the unpaid principal amount of each Advance of such Lender for each day that such Advance is outstanding as a Eurodollar Rate Advance, at a rate per annum equal to the remainder obtained by subtracting (i) the Eurodollar Rate for such Interest Period for such Eurodollar Rate Advance from (ii) the rate determined by dividing such Eurodollar Rate by a percentage equal to 100% minus the Eurodollar Rate Reserve Percentage of such Lender for such day.
If LIBOR or the Eurodollar Rate Reserve Percentage changes from Period to Period, then the Effective Rate shall be automatically increased or decreased, as the case may be, as of the date of the change from Period to Period.
