Customer Vendor definition

Customer Vendor means any vendor, including an Agent and/or an Outsource Vendor, other than CSG or its Affiliates, that has supplied, is supplying, or is contractually obligated to supply products (including hardware, software, equipment, systems and solutions) or services to Customer or its Affiliate.

Examples of Customer Vendor in a sentence

  • In addition, Vendor understands and agrees that if Vendor responds to certain Customer pricing requests or Statements of Work, then, in order to contract with the Customer, Vendor may be required to comply with additional terms and conditions or certifications that an individual customer may require due to state and federal law (e.g., privacy and security requirements).

  • If, through no fault of the Customer, Vendor is unable to deliver the equipment or software, the prices, terms and conditions will remain unchanged until delivery is made by Vendor.

  • As applicable to any Equipment used in the performance of Services by Vendor, during the period such Equipment is in possession of Vendor, its carriers or DIR or Customers, prior to being received by DIR and/or the applicable Customer, Vendor will insure and bear the risk of loss or damage thereto, unless such loss or damage is caused by the negligence or intentional misconduct of DIR or the applicable Customer.

  • A contractual document containing the terms, conditions, and scope for Services to be deployed and operated under this CTSA, and executed by the Customer, Vendor, and DIR.

  • One each month (or more frequently if approved by Customer), Vendor shall submit to Customer, an invoice for each payment provided for in the Agreement.

  • On its invoice or in other form satisfactory to Customer, Vendor shall submit certification that the products covered by this Agreement were produced in compliance with all applicable requirements of Sections 6, 7 and 12 of the Fair Labor Standards Act (29 U.S.C. 201-219) as amended and of regulations and orders of the U.S. Department of Labor issued under Section 14 thereof.
