Contractor / Vendor definition

Contractor / Vendor means the Tenderer whose bid has been accepted and awarded Letter of Acceptance for a specific item followed by the signing of Contract.

Contractor / Vendor means the Bidder whose bid has been accepted and awarded Letter of Intent for a specific item followed by the signing of Contract.
