Outsource Vendor definition

Outsource Vendor means third party service providers of Customer located in any foreign country listed on Schedule I.
Outsource Vendor means any vendor, whether or not an Affiliate, retained by Servicer to perform any aspects of servicing the Mortgage Loans and identified in Schedule 2.26.

Examples of Outsource Vendor in a sentence

  • Subservicer shall not assume any of Servicer’s obligations under the Outsource Vendor contracts.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Licensor acknowledges that Licensee may from time to time designate a third party vendor (the "Outsource Vendor") who shall assume certain responsibilities with respect to operation, maintenance and management of information services or other capabilities of Licensee.
