Client Application definition

Client Application means an application developed by Licensee that a) utilizes the Runtime Product, b) is installed fully on an end user’s machine, with all report processing local to that machine, and c) adds significant and primary functionality to the Runtime Product.
Client Application means any application, plug-in, helper, component or other executable coda that runs on user’s computer; examples of Client Applications include those that provide instant messaging, chat, email, data, file viewing, media playing, file sharing, games, internet navigation, search and other services. An “AFS Client Application,” or “AFC Client Application” means those Customer Client Applications that have been approved by Google to access the AFS or AFC Services, respectively, either as reflected on the Cover Page(s) of this Order Form or as otherwise approved by Google in writing from time to time during the Services Term.

Client Application means any application, plug-in, helper, component or other executable code that runs on user’s computer; examples of Client Applications include those that provide instant messaging, chat, email, data, file viewing, media playing, file sharing, games, internet navigation, search and other services.
Client Application means the web browser application opened by the Client in order to use the Services.

Client Application means a J2ME client application developed by MobiTV for EVDO handsets that is described further in Exhibit 15-A. Client Application includes any updates or upgrades to the original Client Application that are delivered to Sprint by MobiTV under this Amendment. In accordance with Section 15.11 (Intellectual Property), the Client Application shall include a generic segment which is owned by MobiTV and Sprint-customized portions which are owned by Sprint. The Sprint-customized portions are included in Exhibit 15-E.
