L/C Request definition

L/C Request has the meaning specified in Section 2.4(b).

L/C Request a letter of credit request in the form of Exhibit J attached hereto or, in such form as the applicable Issuing Lender may specify from time to time, requesting the Issuing Lender to issue a Letter of Credit.

L/C Request has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(c).

Examples of L/C Request in a sentence

• The Administrative Agent shall promptly give each Lender, as applicable, written notice (or telephonic notice promptly confirmed in writing) of each proposed Borrowing, or Conversion or Continuation thereof, and LC Issuance, and of such Lender’s proportionate share thereof or participation therein and of the other matters covered by the Notice of Borrowing, Notice of Continuation or Conversion, or LC Request, as the case may be, relating thereto.

• With respect to the issuance of any Letter of Credit, the applicable Issuing Lender shall have received a L/C Request, completed to its satisfaction, and such other certificates, documents and other papers and information as such Issuing Lender may reasonably request.

• The objection raised by the State Bank of Pakistan on L.C. Request/ shipping Documents must be dealt with promptly and the State Bank informed within three days of the receipt of the objection.

• The Administrative Agent (and in the case of subpart (iii) below, the applicable LC Issuer) shall have received, as applicable, (i) a Notice of Borrowing meeting the requirements of Section 2.06(b) with respect to any Borrowing (other than a Continuation or Conversion), (ii) a Notice of Continuation or Conversion meeting the requirements of Section 2.10(b) with respect to a Continuation or Conversion, or (iii) an LC Request meeting the requirements of Section 2.05(b) with respect to each LC Issuance.

• The representations and warranties set forth in any Notice of Borrowing, Swingline Request or L/C Request (or any certificate delivered in connection therewith) shall be deemed to be made again on and as of the date of the relevant Loan or Issuance and the acceptance of the proceeds thereof or of the delivery of the relevant Letter of Credit.

More Definitions of L/C Request

L/C Request as defined in Section 2.03(b).

L/C Request means each request substantially in the form of Exhibit D.

L/C Request means a Request for L/C Issuance substantially in the form of Exhibit A-3 or in another form reasonably acceptable to the L/C Issuer.

L/C Request means a request by the Borrower for a Letter of Credit, which shall (i) specify (A) the requested Borrowing Date and (B) the aggregate amount of the L/C Obligations with respect to the requested Letter of Credit, (ii) certify that, after issuance of the requested Letter of Credit, (A) the aggregate amount of the L/C Obligations of all the Lenders then outstanding will not exceed $25,000,000, and (B) the sum of the aggregate amount of the L/C Obligations of all the Lenders then outstanding and the aggregate amount of the Loans of all the Lenders then outstanding will not exceed the Total Commitment then in effect and (iii) be accompanied by such application and agreement for letter of credit, and such other documents, as the L/C Issuer may reasonably specify to the Borrower from time to time, all in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the L/C Issuer.

L/C Request means a notice substantially in the form of Exhibit A-2.

L/C Request means a notice from the Borrower Representative to the applicable Issuing Bank in accordance with the terms of Section 2.03(b) or substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4.

L/C Request means a request by the Borrower in accordance with the terms of Section 2.05(b) and substantially in the form of Exhibit B-3.
