L/C Request definition
L/C Request has the meaning specified in Section 2.4(b).
L/C Request a letter of credit request in the form of Exhibit J attached hereto or, in such form as the applicable Issuing Lender may specify from time to time, requesting the Issuing Lender to issue a Letter of Credit.
L/C Request has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(c).
Examples of L/C Request in a sentence
In the event of any inconsistency between the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the terms and conditions of any L/C Request or other application or agreement submitted by any Borrower or any Subsidiary, to, or entered into by any Borrower or any Subsidiary with, any Issuing Lender relating to any Letter of Credit, the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall control.
With respect to the issuance of any Letter of Credit, the applicable Issuing Lender shall have received a L/C Request, completed to its satisfaction, and such other certificates, documents and other papers and information as such Issuing Lender may reasonably request.
More Definitions of L/C Request
L/C Request as defined in Section 2.1(c)(ii).
L/C Request means each request substantially in the form of Exhibit D.
L/C Request means a Request for L/C Issuance substantially in the form of Exhibit A-3 or in another form reasonably acceptable to the L/C Issuer.
L/C Request means a request by the Borrower for a Letter of Credit, which shall (i) specify (A) the requested Borrowing Date and (B) the aggregate amount of the L/C Obligations with respect to the requested Letter of Credit, (ii) certify that, after issuance of the requested Letter of Credit, (A) the aggregate amount of the L/C Obligations of all the Lenders then outstanding will not exceed $25,000,000, and (B) the sum of the aggregate amount of the L/C Obligations of all the Lenders then outstanding and the aggregate amount of the Loans of all the Lenders then outstanding will not exceed the Total Commitment then in effect and (iii) be accompanied by such application and agreement for letter of credit, and such other documents, as the L/C Issuer may reasonably specify to the Borrower from time to time, all in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the L/C Issuer.
L/C Request means a notice from the Borrower Representative to the applicable Issuing Bank in accordance with the terms of Section 2.03(b) or substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4.
L/C Request means a request by the Borrower in accordance with the terms of Section 2.05(b) and substantially in the form of Exhibit B-3.
L/C Request means a notice substantially in the form of Exhibit A-2.
