Customer of the Company definition

Customer of the Company means any person or company that, at any time during the twenty-four (24) months prior to the end of your employment with the Company, purchases – or enters into a contract to purchase – products or services from the Company. Customer shall also mean any prospective customer to which the Company has submitted a proposal for purchase of products or services.
Customer of the Company means any person or company that Employee directly or indirectly serviced for the Company at any time during the twelve (12) months prior to the termination of Employee’s employment or with respect to which Employee possessed Confidential Information.
Customer of the Company means any person or entity for whom it has performed or attempted to perform services or sold or, to the knowledge of the Executive, attempted to sell any product or service (including, without limitation, any client, patient, customer, franchisee, liaison, vendor or distributor), whether or not for compensation, and regardless of the date of such rendition, sale, or attempted rendition or sale.

Examples of Customer of the Company in a sentence

During the Restricted Period, Executive will not, directly or indirectly, solicit any Customer of the Company for the purpose of providing any goods or services competitive with the Business within the Territory.

Hourly load estimates for non-telemetered customers will be based upon load profiles developed for each customer class or Customer of the Company.

A Subscriber is a Customer of the Company taking service on any electric Tariff Schedule being billed the same charges that would be assigned if the Subscriber were not participating in this pilot program.

The Tariff provisions apply to any party or parties lawfully receiving gas service from the Company or to its successors and assigns, under the rates set forth therein, and the receipt of gas shall constitute the receiver a Customer of the Company as the term is used herein.

During the Restricted Period, You shall not, directly or indirectly, solicit any Prospective Customer of the Company for the purpose of selling or providing any products or services competitive with the Business.

During the Forfeiture Period of such Participant, the Participant, directly or indirectly, solicits any Prospective Customer of the Company for the purpose of selling or providing any products or services competitive with the Business, provided that such Participant had Contact with such Prospective Customer during the last year of the period in which Participant was employed by or performed services for the Company (or during such period if employed or providing services for less than a year).

More Definitions of Customer of the Company

Customer of the Company is defined in paragraph 5. “Supplier of the Company” means any person or entity that provided goods or services to the Company at any time during the twelve (12) months prior to the termination of Employee’s employment.
Customer of the Company will be presumed to include any person or entity who is: (i) a purchaser of the Company’s or its Affiliate’s goods or services in the Look-Back Period with whom the Company or its Affiliates has a reasonable expectation of continued business activity; (ii) an active prospective purchaser of the Company’s or its Affiliate’s goods or services with whom the Company or its Affiliates has an ongoing business relationship or reasonable expectation of doing business based on communications with the person or entity during the Look-Back Period; or (iii) a buyer, broker, or comparable representative of a purchaser or prospective purchaser that qualifies as a customer under (i) or (ii) above.
Customer of the Company means any person or entity for which the Company has provided a service or sold a product or might reasonably be expected to do so in the future as a result, for example and not by way of limitation, of a written solicitation to such person or entity, the entry of negotiations with such person or entity or the Company’s participation at trade shows and other similar events. “Competitor of the Company” shall mean any person or entity that engages in the same business as the Company. The parties acknowledge that Employee holds an interest in other companies that do not directly compete with the Company, namely dHybrid Systems, LLC, dHybrid, Inc. and Lexon, Inc. For sake of clarity, the parties agree that Employee’s ownership interest in these companies does not constitute a violation of this paragraph 7 or a breach of this Agreement. The parties hereto acknowledge that there are no geographic restrictions placed on Employee hereunder and Employee may, after leaving the Company’s employment hereunder, work in any location Employee wishes, provided Employee complies with, and adheres to, all of the covenants set forth in this paragraph 7.

Related to Customer of the Company

Customer Affiliate means any company in which Customer directly or indirectly owns more than fifty (50) percent of the issued share capital and/or votes.
Customer Group means the Customer and where the Customer is a company, its holding company (if any) and their respective subsidiaries from time to time;
Wireless service provider means a person that provides wireless service to the public.
Supplier Group shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.03.
Reseller is a category of CLECs who purchase the use of Finished Services for the purpose of reselling those Telecommunications Services to their End User Customers.
Home service provider means the same as that term is defined in Section 124(5) of Public Law 106-252 (Mobile Telecommunications Sourcing Act).
Mainstream Academy means an Academy or a Free School which meets the requirements set out in section 1A(1) of the Academies Act 2010.
Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.
Client Group means Client, any corporate body of which Client is a subsidiary (as defined by s. 1159 of the Companies Act 2006), any other subsidiary of such corporate body and any subsidiary of Client;
Universal Digital Loop Carrier (UDLC means the DLC system that has a CO terminal channel bank that is connected to the CO switches on the analog side.
Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.
Verizon OSS Services includes, but is not limited to: (a) Verizon’s provision of CBB Usage Information to CBB pursuant to Section 8.3 of this Attachment; and, (b) “Verizon OSS Information”, as defined in Section 8.1.4 of this Attachment.
Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.
Mobile food vendor means every corporation, association, joint stock association, person, firm or partnership, their lessees, directors, receivers, trustees, appointees by any court whatsoever, or the heirs, executors, administrators, or personal representatives or assignees of any deceased owner, owning, controlling, operating or managing any mobile food vending unit.
Wireless services provider means a provider of wireless services.
Business Customer means a customer that is a business operating in any form, including a sole proprietorship. Sales to a non-profit organization, to a trust, to the U.S. Government, to a foreign, state or local government, or to an agency or instrumentality of that government are treated as sales to a business customer and must be assigned consistent with the rules for those sales.
Client company means any person that enters into an agreement for professional employer services
Retail Client means a client who is not a professional client;
Sub-Service Provider means any person / firm / Organization / company /entity (other than the Service Provider) and it’s legal representatives, successors and permitted assigns named in the Contract as a Sub-Service Provider for a part of the Services or to whom a part of the Services has been sub-Contracted with the written prior consent of the Employer.
Supplier means the successful bidder who is awarded the contract to maintain and administer the required and specified service(s) to the State.
Supplier Personnel means all directors, officers, employees, agents, consultants and contractors of the Supplier and/or of any Sub-Contractor engaged in the performance of the Supplier’s obligations under this Call Off Contract;
ACS means “asset-controlling supplier” as that term is defined in the Cap and Trade Regulations.
Vendor or “Vendors” means any entity submitting a bid in response to the Solicitation, the entity that has been selected as the lowest responsible bidder, or the entity that has been awarded the Contract as context requires.
Products and Services means the products and/or services to be sold by Vendor hereunder as identified and described on Attachment A hereto and incorporated herein, as may be updated from time to time by Vendor to reflect products and/or services offered by Vendor generally to its customers.
Personal wireless services means commercial mobile services, unlicensed wireless services, and common carrier wireless exchange access services, as defined by federal laws and regulations.
Video service provider or "provider" means a person authorized under this act to provide video service.
