Customer or client definition

Customer or client. Means a contracting party that the Bank has accepted as its Customer for the purposes of these Terms and conditions;

Customer or client means any Person who currently is, a customer of the Consolidated Group or who at any time during the Time Period, becomes a customer of the Consolidated Group and those customers or clients of King set forth on Schedule "___" to the Asset Purchase Agreement or that Prell knew or reasonably could have known was a customer of the Consxxxxxted Group or King, or any Person with whom contact is made during such period for the purpose of persuading such Person to become a customer of the Consolidated Group, provided that Prell knew or reasonably could have known such contact was made;

Examples of Customer or client in a sentence

• If a Customer or client of a Customer or any of their Representatives would have breached the Rules in respect of any instance listed in (i), (ii), (iii) or (iv) above if it were a Clearing Member, then such Customer, client or Representative or their Clearing Member may be subject to disciplinary proceedings, in which Rule 1003(u) applies.

• Customer or client visits to a home occupation are limited to between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. A home occupation shall not generate more than 20 customer or client visits per week, and no more than two customer or client vehicles may be present at any given time.
