Mobile food vendor definition

Mobile food vendor means every corporation, association, joint stock association, person, firm or partnership, their lessees, directors, receivers, trustees, appointees by any court whatsoever, or the heirs, executors, administrators, or personal representatives or assignees of any deceased owner, owning, controlling, operating or managing any mobile food vending unit.
Mobile food vendor means any person who owns, controls, manages or leases a mobile food unit or contracts with a person to prepare foods and vend from, drive or operate a mobile food unit.
Mobile food vendor means any person who prepares, stores, or sells any food item in or from a vehicle or unit which is either parked in a permanent location or which moves from place to place and stops temporarily for such sales.
