Current Member definition

Current Member means any member of the Board of Directors of the Bank or the Holding Company as of July 18, 2000 and any successor of a Current Member whose nomination or election has been approved by a majority of the Current Members then on the Board of Directors);

Current Member. , in relation to a scheme, means a person who is a member of the scheme at the time that the power is used (and “future member” is to be read accordingly);

Current Member has the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.

• If a Current Member or Former Member requests reimbursement of Out-of-Pocket Costs, they must submit receipts and any other records of payment supporting their claim along with the completed Claim Form.

• If KCC determines that (i) the Timely Claim Form was submitted by a Current Member or Former Member, but that (ii) the Timely Claim Form was not completed properly and/or (iii) the Timely Claim Form is not accompanied by receipts or any other records of payment that support the claims reflected in the Timely Claim Form, then the Timely Claim Form shall be deemed an Incomplete Timely Claim Form.

More Definitions of Current Member

Current Member means a member of the Disciplinary Committee or the Appeal Committee on the Relevant Date; and

Current Member means any member of the Board of Directors of the Bank or the Holding Company as of July 18, 2000 and any successor of a Current Member whose nomination or election has been approved by a majority of the Current Members then on the Board of Directors); (c) the acquisition of beneficial ownership, directly or indirectly (as provided in Rule 13d-3 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the “Act”), or any successor rule), of 25% or more of the total combined voting power of all classes of stock of the Bank or the Holding Company by any person or group deemed a person under Section 13(d)(3) of the Act; or (d) approval by the stockholders of the Bank or the Holding Company of an agreement providing for the merger or consolidation of the Bank or the Holding Company with another corporation where the stockholders of the Bank or the Holding Company, immediately prior to the merger or consolidation, would not beneficially own, directly or indirectly, immediately after the merger or consolidation, shares entitling such stockholders to 50% or more of the total combined voting power of all classes of stock of the surviving corporation.

Current Member means a member in good standing who has duly paid for the current year the annual dues, as specified by the Board of Directors. Current members shall each have one vote at meetings of members, except as otherwise specified.

Current Member or “Active Member” shall mean and refer to a person who has paid the annual dues and holds a membership in MEA for the current year as provided in the bylaws.

Current Member means an Owner who has a current LOHO account in good standing and is eligible to vote on matters that may come before any meeting approved by the Board. An account in good standing indicates all current financial obligations have been met and no other matters are unresolved.

It does not include provisional associate members or any other membership tier where the entity does not implement an IGSC tested and approved screening system;
