Founder Member definition

Founder Member means a subscriber to these rules for the purposes of registration;

Founder Member means any one of the following:

Founder Member. (創辦成員) means a person who has signed his name on a memorandum in accordance with section 4(1); (Added 30 of 2004 s. 2)

The Secretary of State is entitled, upon the written application to him by the Founder Member requesting such action and setting out its grounds for requesting such action, should he agree with the Founder Member, to issue to the Company a written notice of his intention to terminate this Agreement on a specified date.

Founder Member means each of Xxx X. Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx, Xxxxx X. Xxxxxx, and Xxxxxx Xxxxx.

Founder Member means each holder of Units of ZGP who is a party to this Agreement as of the Effective Date, other than Holdings.

Founder Member has the meaning set forth in the LLC Agreement.
