Person or Group means any “person” (as defined in Section 3(a)(9) of the Exchange Act) or any two or more persons deemed to be one “person” (as used in Sections 13(d)(3) and 14(d)(2) of the Exchange Act), in each case, other than the Investors, any member of the Company Group, or an employee benefit plan maintained by any member of the Company Group.
Person or Group means a "person" or "group," as defined in Section 1(g)(i) hereof.
