Individual Independent Contractor definition

Individual Independent Contractor means any independent contractor that is a natural person that provides services on behalf of himself or herself, or on behalf of an entity that such natural person is either the sole or majority owner.
Individual Independent Contractor means natural persons retained by UNFPA (or retained by another UN entity and assigned to provide services for UNFPA) on special services agreements, individual consultant contracts, service contracts or similar contracts;
