Company Policies and Procedures definition

Company Policies and Procedures means the policies and procedures of Company as adopted or amended from time to time in accordance with the Operating Agreement.
Company Policies and Procedures are the policies and procedures of the Company (including but not limited to those regarding ethics requirements, prohibited outside activities, suitability guidelines and needs based selling) which can be found on the Company's eFinancial ProfessionalSM website or in other format and which may be changed or updated from time to time without notice to Broker.
Company Policies and Procedures has the meaning assigned to it in Section 4.10(e).
