Subscriber Service definition

Subscriber Service refers to any Interrogation, Ticker Display, Market Minder or other service involving the use of Market Data (other than an Indirect Access Service) that Customer may create and provide to its own officers, partners and employees and/or to other Data Recipients, all as Exhibit A describes.
Subscriber Service means any service to make available Consumer Media Content employing DRM (other than a Content Transaction), including for example, and without limitation, making available Consumer Media Content on a continuing or periodic basis, whether based upon time periods (such as hourly, daily, monthly or yearly), volume consumption of Consumer Media Content, or other forms of measurement, for a subscriber fee or other consideration and/or for no charge as a result of consideration derived from a proxy or subsidizing payer (such as advertisers). As an illustration, and without limitation, Subscriber Service includes a service to offer music or movies for a monthly fee, to permit interactive games on an hourly basis, to offer 10 movies over any time for $50, to offer free digital music to members of the Columbia House Club who buy physical CDs.
Subscriber Service refers to any service involving the use of Global Index Feed Data that Customer, as a Vendor, may create and provide to its own officers, partners and employees and/or to Subscribers, as described in Exhibit A.

Examples of Subscriber Service in a sentence

  • The late factor shall be as set forth in Section A2 of the General Subscriber Service Tariff and Section B2 of the Private Line Service Tariff.

  • Reseller may resell the tariffed local exchange and toll telecommunications services of BellSouth contained in the General Subscriber Service Tariff and Private Line Service Tariff subject to the terms, and conditions specifically set forth herein.

  • Appropriate nonrecurring charges, as set forth in Section A4 of the General Subscriber Service Tariff, will also be assessed to <<customer_name>>.

  • The terms Exchange and EAS exchanges are defined and specified in Section A3 of BellSouth’s General Subscriber Service Tariff.

  • If BellSouth is informed that an unauthorized change in local service to <<customer_name>> has occurred, BellSouth will reestablish service with the appropriate local service provider and will assess <<customer_name>> as the CLEC initiating the alleged unauthorized change, the appropriate nonrecurring charges, as set forth in Section A4 of the General Subscriber Service Tariff.

  • Customer shall effect any such modification promptly, except that Customer may continue to provide a Subscriber Service to any existing Subscriber without effecting the modification for 90 days from that receipt.

  • Subject to the charges to which Paragraph 10(a) refers and to the other applicable provisions of this Agreement, Customer may provide any Subscriber Service to partners or officers and employees of Customer Affiliates.

  • Appropriate nonrecurring charges, as set forth in Section A4 of the General Subscriber Service Tariff, will also be assessed to CLEC-1.

  • Where Customer provides a Subscriber Service pursuant to clause (ii) or (iii) of this Paragraph 5(b), Customer shall assure that it has the ability to modify its agreements with Subscribers, and any alternative subscriber requirements, as NYSE may from time to time specify.

  • Appropriate nonrecurring charges, as set forth in Section A4 of the General Subscriber Service Tariff, will also be assessed to SouthEast.
