Company Policies definition

Company Policies means the Company policies and procedures in effect from time to time, including, without limitation, policies and procedures with respect to the Company’s “Regulatory Credit Classifications” (as defined in the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K filed with the Securities Exchange Commission on March 1, 2013 (the “Form 10-K”)), and as amended from time to time, and any credit risk policies and procedures in effect from time to time.
Company Policies means all Policies, current or past, which are or at any time were maintained by or on behalf of or for the benefit or protection of CSC or any of its predecessors which relate to the CSC Business and/or the Computer Sciences GS Business, or current or past directors, officers, employees or agents of any of the foregoing Businesses, including the Policies identified on Schedule 10.1 hereto.
Company Policies is defined in Section 3.21.
