City Policies definition

City Policies means any or all (as the context requires) of those procedures, standards and/or standard specifications, requirements, policies and the like listed in Schedule H or notified to the Supplier from time to time, as the same may be updated, modified, expanded, revised, supplemented and/or replaced from time to time by the City (as notified to the Supplier);

More Definitions of City Policies

City Policies means those policies of the City of Calgary, in its capacity as a Governmental Authority and not in its capacity as a Party to this Agreement, which are listed in Schedule E hereto (to the extent such policies are applicable to the Project), and such amendments thereto or such other policies of the City of Calgary in such capacity as, in either case, may be Approved by the Steering Committee from time to time as applying to the Project;
