City Policies definition

City Policies means any or all (as the context requires) of those procedures, standards and/or standard specifications, requirements, policies and the like listed in Schedule H or notified to the Supplier from time to time, as the same may be updated, modified, expanded, revised, supplemented and/or replaced from time to time by the City (as notified to the Supplier);

City Policies. The interpretations made by City of the manner in which Existing City Regulations will be applied to the development of the Project under Applicable City Regulations. The term "City Policy" shall refer to any or all City Policies as the context may require.

Examples of City Policies in a sentence

• Any acts or omissions of Lessor in violation of federal, state, or municipal law, City Charter, City Policies or regulations (regarding anti-competitive practices, unfair trade practices, collusion, gratuities, kickbacks, contingent fees, contemporaneous employment, or similar violations creating an unfair influence on the public solicitation and award process pertaining to this Agreement) shall void this Agreement.

• Departments and Agencies have authority to resolve grievances at the appropriate steps if such resolution does not conflict with the contract, Human Resources Policies & Procedures, Administrative Regulations, or other City Policies.

• The arbitrator shall have no authority to add to, delete, modify, change, reconstruct or ignore this Memorandum of Understanding, City Policies, Rules and Regulations.

• SECURITY DEPOSITS ARE IN ADDITION TO THE ABOVE FEES (Deposits are refundable provided all City Policies, Regulations, and Ordinances are adhered to.

• Departments and Agencies have authority to resolve grievances at the appropriate steps if such resolution does not conflict with this Collective Bargaining Agreement, Human Resources Policies and Procedures, Administrative Regulations, or other City Policies.

More Definitions of City Policies

City Policies means those policies of the City of Calgary, in its capacity as a Governmental Authority and not in its capacity as a Party to this Agreement, which are listed in Schedule E hereto (to the extent such policies are applicable to the Project), and such amendments thereto or such other policies of the City of Calgary in such capacity as, in either case, may be Approved by the Steering Committee from time to time as applying to the Project;

City Policies means the following policies, or portions of policies where only a portion is indicated, of the City as at Commercial Close, copies of which are included in the Disclosed Data:

City Policies. As a general overall requirement, the Respondents of this ITB shall be required to comply with the City policies and procedures including, but not limited to: Standard Contractual Provisions, Insurance Requirements, Indemnification, Safety Requirements, Consultant Expense Reimbursement Policy, and the Florida Public Records Law.
