Company Patent Rights definition

Company Patent Rights means all Patent Rights owned or Controlled by Company and/or its Affiliates, in each case, which claim any composition (or portion thereof) or use of the Antibody, Antibody Materials, Subject Products or Company Know-How.
Company Patent Rights means (i) those Patent Rights listed in Schedule 1; (ii) those Patent Rights owned by or licensed to the Company (including those arising after the Commencement Date) which would be infringed by the unauthorised manufacture, use or sale in, or importation into, the relevant country of the Product, Related Products and/or Investigational Medicinal Product; and (iii) all Patent Rights deriving priority from (i) and (ii).
Company Patent Rights means, with respect to an Option granted under this Agreement, any Patent Right that is necessary or useful for the development, use or sale of HMPL-004 or any Product.

Company Patent Rights means Patent Rights that Cover any Company Invention.

Company Patent Rights means all Development Program Patent Rights that include any claim Covering (a) any Reverted Product or Compound therein for which Xxxxxxx exercises its option rights under Section 15.2(b), (b) any method of using such Reverted Product or Compound therein in the Field, or (c) method of Manufacturing such Reverted Product or Compound therein. For the sake of clarity, Company Patent Rights include all related Patent Rights arising in the course of Prosecution of the foregoing Patent Rights.
