Patents and Patent Applications means (i) any U.S. patent application, and any patent issuing therefrom, covering the Licensed Technology; (ii) any divisionals, continuations, continuations-in-part, extensions and reissues of the foregoing and (iii) any foreign equivalents of the applications or patents described in clause (i) or (ii).
