Assigned Patents definition

Assigned Patents means all Patents issued to, or for which applications are pending in the name of, Holdings or any of its Subsidiaries and (a) assigned to IP Hold-Co in accordance with the Patent Assignment Agreement, including without limitation any Patents described on Schedule 5.17(a) or that are thereafter acquired by, or filed in the name of, Holdings or any of its Subsidiaries, including Patents that are the subject of Section 6.18.

Assigned Patents means only those

Assigned Patents means (i) the issued patents and patent applications listed on Schedule 2.1 attached hereto (“Listed Assigned Patents”), (ii) any patents that issue from any patent applications included in the Listed Assigned Patents, (iii) any patents or patent applications that claim priority from the Listed Assigned Patents, and (iv) any continuations, continuations-in-part, divisionals, continuing patent applications, counterparts, reissues, re-examinations, extensions, and renewals of any Listed Assigned Patents.

Examples of Assigned Patents in a sentence

• Codexis (or its successor) may grant licenses to the Assigned Patents as it deems appropriate.

• MUS further acknowledges that any breach of such terms by MUS or its sublicensees may result in damage to Codexis and/or other sublicensees of the subject Assigned Patents, which may include, without limitation, loss of license rights to such Assigned Patents and/or monetary damages, and agrees to act reasonably to avoid any breach of such terms.

• Assignor hereby authorizes and requests the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office or corresponding foreign patent office or Governmental Authority in each jurisdiction to issue and record any and all patents, certificates of invention, utility models or other governmental grants or issuances that may be granted upon any of the Assigned Patents in the name of Assignee, as the assignee to the entire interest therein, subject to licenses to Assignor and third parties and sublicensees of such parties.

• Adaptec further grants, conveys and assigns (and agrees to cause its appropriate Subsidiaries to grant, convey and assign) to Roxio all its (and their) right, title and interest in and to any and all causes of action and rights of recovery for past infringement of the Assigned Patents and the right to claim priority from the Assigned Patents.

• Although LSI/Agere has settled its dispute with Mosaid, it may have neverthelessretained some rights in the Assigned Patents.

More Definitions of Assigned Patents

Assigned Patents means the patents and patent applications listed on Schedule A, together with all continuations and divisionals of such applications and the patents issuing therefrom, and reexaminations, reissues and foreign counterparts of the patents listed on Appendix A and/or issued as described above.

Assigned Patents means the patents and patent applications set forth in Schedule 1(c).

Assigned Patents means (i) the PATENT APPLICATIONS set forth in Schedule I, all PATENT APPLICATIONS claiming priority to such PATENT APPLICATIONS, any of their progeny and any PATENTS issuing from, directly or indirectly, or based upon any of the foregoing, and (ii) the inventions described or claimed in any of the foregoing.

Assigned Patents. Section 3.13(a)

Assigned Patents means all Patents owned (or purported to be owned by), issued to, or for which applications are pending in the name of, Issuer or any of its Subsidiaries and (a) assigned to Rockley Photonics Limited, including without limitation any Patents described on Schedule 11(a) of the Disclosure Letter or that are hereafter owned by, acquired by, or filed in the name of, the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, including Patents that are the subject of Section 4.33.

Assigned Patents means (a) the Patent Applications and Patents assigned to Codexis pursuant to the Assignment Agreement; and (b) those Patent Applications and Patents owned by Third Parties, to which MUS obtained license rights for use inside and outside the Codexis Field pursuant to an agreement entered by MUS with a Third Party, which agreement was assigned by MUS to Codexis in connection with the establishment of Codexis, Inc.

Assigned Patents means all Patents issued to, or for which applications are pending in the name of, Parent or any Subsidiary, and (a) assigned to iPass SPV in accordance with the Patent Assignment Agreement, including the Patents described on Section 6.17 of the Disclosure Schedule or (b) that are hereafter acquired by, or filed in the name of, Parent or any Subsidiary, including Patents that are the subject of Section 7.18.
