Transferred Patents definition

Transferred Patents means those Patents identified on Schedule 1.01(g).

Transferred Patents means all patents and patent applications which are owned by any Seller and currently used (or held for use) exclusively in the conduct of Business including (a) the patents and patent applications set forth on Schedule 1.1M, (b) any and all foreign counterparts to the foregoing and (c) all rights to xxx for past infringement of any of the foregoing.

Examples of Transferred Patents in a sentence

• Under all other Seattle Licensed IPR (other than the Transferred Patents), to engage in any Houston Licensed Activities.

• Houston shall promptly forward to Seattle all patent office correspondence received by the Houston Group and all patent attorney and agent correspondence received by the Houston Group related to the Transferred Patents for three hundred and sixty-five (365) days after the Distribution Date.
