Collaboration Plan definition

Collaboration Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.2.(a).

Collaboration Plan means the collaboration plan set out in Schedule 5 as amended from time to time by the Steering Committee;

Collaboration Plan means that detailed work plan attached hereto as Exhibit B, as amended from time to time by the JSC in accordance with this Agreement.

• The length of and degree of detail provided in the Collaboration Plan should be commensurate with the complexity of the proposed project.

• An applicant’s failure to provide the requested information in the Management and Collaboration Plan may preclude NIFA from making an award.

• The length of and level of detail provided in the Collaboration Plan should be commensurate with the complexity of the proposed project.

• For projects proposing partnering, collaboration or coordination, letters of commitment from all participating parties (signed by the AR of the collaborating organization) stating that the collaborators involved have agreed to their stated roles in the project and have agreed to abide by the Management and Collaboration Plan.

More Definitions of Collaboration Plan

Collaboration Plan means that certain project plan established under the Collaboration Agreement, as such plan is amended from time to time in accordance with such agreement.

Collaboration Plan means the overall plan for research and development activities for typical projects in the Collaboration, as set forth on EXHIBIT A. The Steering Committee may modify the Collaboration Plan as needed to advance the goals of the Collaboration.

Collaboration Plan means the written description of the research and development activities to be performed by the Parties under the direction of the JSC pursuant to each Collaboration project.

Collaboration Plan means the general outline of the Collaboration and its goals attached as Appendix 1.

Collaboration Plan means (a) with respect to Products in each Licensed Field, the plans for the execution of certain research, development, regulatory and manufacturing activities which the Parties have allocated between them with respect to such Products in such Licensed Field during the Collaboration Term as described in Parts 2 through 8 of Schedule 1.12, and also (b) with respect to activities directed to [**] for vaccines which activities are directed to Products in the Licensed Fields but not specific to Products in any particular Licensed Field and such other activities as described in Part 1 of Schedule 1.12 (“Vaccine Platform Development”), which plan provides for the execution of such activities which the Parties have allocated between them during the Collaboration Term. Collaboration Plans for each of the following Licensed Fields: Influenza, [**], SARS-CoV-2, [**] Licensed Fields and for the Vaccine Platform Development are attached hereto as Schedule 1.12 (Collaboration Plan). The Parties acknowledge that such Collaboration Plans may require minor adjustments based on agreement to the Collaboration Budgets for such Collaboration Plans. The Parties shall update the Collaboration Plans annually in accordance with Section 3.1.2.”

Collaboration Plan means the written plan describing and governing the activities to be carried out by Pfizer and ArQule pursuant to this Agreement. The initial Collaboration Plan is attached to and made a part of this Agreement as Exhibit D.

Collaboration Plan means the written description of the research and development efforts and activities to be performed by MORPHOSYS and IMMUNOGEN under this Agreement, as further described in Section 2.1.3 and in Appendix 1.8. The Collaboration Plan may specify one or more independent projects.
