Borrowing Report means a report, in substantially the form of Exhibit A annexed hereto and made a part hereof, to be delivered to the Lender by the Borrower prior to or in connection with each request for an Advance under this Agreement, setting forth, inter alia (a) the date by which the Borrower needs the Funds, which must be a Business Day, (b) the requested Advance amount (c) the purpose and use of the Funds to be received from the Advance, including the name of the Person to whom payments will be made by the Borrower, (d) delivery instructions for the Advance, and (e) such other information as the Lender may, from time to time, reasonably request as is necessary for the Lender to issue the Advance to the Borrower.

Related to Borrowing Report

  • Borrowing Request means a request by the Borrower for a Revolving Borrowing in accordance with Section 2.03.
