Net Eligible Receivables Balance definition

Net Eligible Receivables Balance means, at any time, (i) the Eligible Receivables Balance at such time, minus (ii) the Overconcentration Amount at such time.

Net Eligible Receivables Balance means, as of any date of determination, (a) an amount equal to the aggregate amount of Principal Receivables that constitute Eligible Receivables as of such date, minus (b) the aggregate amount of any Excess Concentration Amounts as of such date, plus (c) the aggregate amount of funds on deposit in the Special Funding Account as of such date, plus (d) the aggregate amount of Collections of Principal Receivables in the Collection Account as of such date.
