Borrowing Base Certificate definition

Borrowing Base Certificate means a certificate, signed and certified as accurate and complete by a Financial Officer of the Borrower Representative, in substantially the form of Exhibit C or another form which is acceptable to the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion.

Borrowing Base Certificate means a certificate of a Financial Officer of the Borrower, substantially in the form of Exhibit B and appropriately completed.

Borrowing Base Certificate means a certificate in the form of Exhibit B-1.

The information contained in the most recently delivered Borrowing Base Certificate is true, complete and correct.
