Borrowing Base Certificate definition

Borrowing Base Certificate means a certificate of a Financial Officer of the Borrower, substantially in the form of Exhibit B or such other form as is reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent and appropriately completed.
Borrowing Base Certificate means a certificate, duly executed by a Responsible Officer of Borrower Representative, appropriately completed and substantially in the form of Exhibit C hereto.
Borrowing Base Certificate means a certificate in the form of Exhibit B-1.

  • No later than the second Business Day following each date upon which a Borrowing Base Certificate is due to be delivered pursuant to Section 4.1, Borrower shall prepay Loans as set forth in Section 2.14(a) in an aggregate amount sufficient to cause the Borrowing Base Ratio, as of the last day of such fiscal month, on a pro forma basis giving effect to such prepayment, to be no less than 100%.

More Definitions of Borrowing Base Certificate

Borrowing Base Certificate means a certificate setting forth the calculation of the Borrowing Base as of the applicable date of determination substantially in the form of Exhibit B hereto, prepared by the Servicer.
