Borrowing Request means a request by the Borrower for a Borrowing in accordance with Section 2.03 and substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B or such other form that is reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent and the Borrower.
Borrowing Request means a request by the Borrower in accordance with the terms of Section 2.03 and substantially in the form of Exhibit C, or such other form as shall be approved by the Administrative Agent.

To request a Borrowing, the Company shall notify each Lender of such request by submitting a Borrowing Request not later than noon, New York City time, five Business Days before the date of the proposed Borrowing.
