Definition of A Borrowing


A Borrowing means a borrowing consisting of A Advances of the same Type made on the same day to the Borrower pursuant to the same Notice of A Borrowing by each of the Lenders pursuant to Section 2.01.

Examples of A Borrowing in a sentence
