Borrowing Notice definition
Borrowing Notice is defined in Section 2.8.
Borrowing Notice has the meaning specified in Section 2.02(a).
Borrowing Notice with respect to any request for borrowing of Loans hereunder, a notice from the Borrower, substantially in the form of, and containing the information prescribed by, Exhibit I, delivered to the Administrative Agent.
Examples of Borrowing Notice in a sentence
The Borrower may request a maximum of one (1) Borrowing per calendar month under the Loan during the Availability Period by delivering a Borrowing Notice to the Agent not later than 1:00 p.m. (Toronto time) ten (10) Business Days prior to the proposed Funding Date; provided, however, that the Borrowing Notice for the initial Borrowing may be delivered at such time as may be agreed between the Borrower and the Agent.
More Definitions of Borrowing Notice
Borrowing Notice means a written or telephonic request, or a written confirmation, made by Borrower which meets the requirements of Section 2.2.
