Request for Borrowing means, with respect to a Borrowing, conversion or continuation of Loans, a Loan Notice.

Request for Borrowing means a written request for a Borrowing substantially in the form of Exhibit F, signed by a Responsible Official of Borrower, and properly completed to provide all information required to be included therein.

More Definitions of Request for Borrowing

Request for Borrowing means an irrevocable written notice from a Responsible Officer of Administrative Borrower to Lender of a Borrower’s request to borrow any Loan, which notice shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit R-1 attached hereto.

Request for Borrowing means, (a) with respect to a Borrowing, conversion or continuation of Loans, a Loan Notice, and (b) with respect to an L/C Credit Extension, the related Request for Letter of Credit and Letter of Credit Application.

Request for Borrowing means a request by Borrower for a Borrowing in accordance with Section 2.2.

Request for Borrowing shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(a) of this Agreement.

Request for Borrowing means, in connection with a Floor Plan Loan or a Swing Line Loan, under the Floor Plan Commitment, a Request for Borrowing substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 1.1D, and in the case of an Acquisition Loan or a Swing Line Loan under the Acquisition Commitment, a Request for Borrowing substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 1.1E.

Request for Borrowing shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(a) of this Agreement. "Revolving Loan Commitment" shall mean the maximum outstanding amount to be funded by the Lending Company to the Borrowing Company. The aggregate sum which the Lending Company may loan to the Borrowing Company under this Agreement shall not exceed $40,000,000.

Request for Borrowing means (a) with respect to a New Vehicle Floorplan Committed Borrowing, or conversion of a New Vehicle Floorplan Committed Loans, a New Vehicle Floorplan Committed Loan Notice, (b) with respect to a New Vehicle Floorplan Swing Line Loan, or conversion of New Vehicle Floorplan Swing Line Loans, a New Vehicle Floorplan Swing Line Loan Notice, (c) with respect to a Used Vehicle Floorplan Committed Borrowing, or conversion of Used Vehicle Floorplan Committed Loans, a Used Vehicle Floorplan Committed Loan Notice, and (d) with respect to a Used Vehicle Floorplan Swing Line Loan, or conversion of Used Vehicle Floorplan Swing Line Loans, a Used Vehicle Floorplan Swing Line Loan Notice.
