Request for Borrowing definition

Request for Borrowing has the meaning provided in Section 2.3(a).

Request for Borrowing means with respect to a Borrowing, conversion or continuation of Term Loans, a Committed Loan Notice.

Request for Borrowing means a written request for a Borrowing substantially in the form of Exhibit F, signed by a Responsible Official of Borrower, and properly completed to provide all information required to be included therein.

Examples of Request for Borrowing in a sentence

• The obligation of each Lender to honor any Request for Borrowing (other than a Loan Notice requesting only a conversion of Loans to the other Type or a continuation of Term SOFR Loans) is subject to the following conditions precedent: (a) The Effective Date shall have occurred.

• The Administrative Agent shall promptly notify each Lender of the receipt of a Request for Borrowing, a Conversion Notice or a Rollover Notice, the amount of the Borrowing and the amount and currency of such Lender’s Pro Rata Share of the applicable Loans, the date the Borrowing is to be made, the Interest Option selected, the Interest Period selected, if applicable, and the applicable rate of interest.

• When a Borrowing is disbursed by wire transfer pursuant to instructions received from the Borrower Parties in accordance with the related Request for Borrowing, then such Borrowing shall be considered made at the time of the transmission of the wire, rather than the time of receipt thereof by the receiving bank.

• Each Request for Borrowing shall be accompanied or preceded by: (i) a duly executed Borrowing Base Certificate dated the date of such Request for Borrowing; and (ii) such documents as are required to satisfy any applicable conditions precedent as provided in Section 6.2.

More Definitions of Request for Borrowing

Request for Borrowing means, (a) with respect to a Borrowing, conversion or continuation of Loans, a Loan Notice, and (b) with respect to an L/C Credit Extension, the related Request for Letter of Credit and Letter of Credit Application.

Request for Borrowing means a request by Borrower for a Borrowing in accordance with Section 2.2.

Request for Borrowing shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(a) of this Agreement.

Request for Borrowing means an irrevocable written notice from any of the individuals identified on Exhibit R-1 attached hereto (or, in certain cases, two of such individuals, all as set forth in further detail in Exhibit R-1 attached hereto) to Agent of Administrative Entity’s request for an Advance or for the issuance of a Letter of Credit, which notice shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit R-2 attached hereto.

Request for Borrowing means a written request for a Borrowing --------------------- substantially in the form of Exhibit "C" attached hereto, signed by a ----------- Responsible Official of the Company and properly completed to provide all information required to be included thereon.

Request for Borrowing means an irrevocable written notice from a Responsible Officer of Administrative Borrower to Lender of a Borrower’s request to borrow any Loan, which notice shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit R-1 attached hereto.

Request for Borrowing means, in connection with a Floor Plan Loan or a Swing Line Loan, under the Floor Plan Commitment, a Request for Borrowing substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 1.1D, and in the case of an Acquisition Loan or a Swing Line Loan under the Acquisition Commitment, a Request for Borrowing substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 1.1E.
