Dilution Reserve definition
Dilution Reserve means, as of any date of determination, an amount sufficient to reduce the advance rate against Eligible Accounts by 1 percentage point for each percentage point by which Dilution is in excess of 5%.

Dilution Reserve means, at any date, the applicable Dilution Ratio multiplied by the Eligible Accounts.
