Examples of Borrowing in a sentence

  • In the case of any Borrowing denominated in Dollars, the applicable Borrower may elect different options with respect to different portions of the affected Borrowing, in which case each such portion shall be allocated ratably among the Lenders holding the Loans comprising such Borrowing, and the Loans comprising each such portion shall be considered a separate Borrowing (each an “Interest Election Request”).

  • Thereafter, the applicable Borrower may elect to convert a Borrowing denominated in Dollars to a different Type or to continue such Borrowing in its existing Type and, in the case of a SOFR Borrowing or a EURIBOR Borrowing, may elect Interest Periods therefor, all as provided in this Section.

  • Borrowings of more than one Type may be outstanding at the same time; provided, however, that no Borrower shall be entitled to request any Borrowing which, if made, would result in an aggregate of more than five separate SOFR Loans or more than five separate EURIBOR Loans of any Lender being made to the Borrowers and outstanding under this Agreement at any one time.

  • If any such Interest Election Request requests either a SOFR Borrowing or a EURIBOR Borrowing but does not specify an Interest Period, then the applicable Borrower shall be deemed to have selected an Interest Period of one month’s duration.

  • If such Lender shall repay to the Administrative Agent such corresponding amount, such amount shall constitute such Lender’s Loan as part of such Borrowing for purposes of this Agreement.
