Authorised Third Parties definition

Authorised Third Parties means any counterparty with whom the Company enters or is contemplating entering into a contract, agreement or arrangement in order to deliver the Services including the counterparty's officers, employees, sub-processors and sub- contractors authorised by the Company to provide the Services.
Authorised Third Parties means persons or entities other than the Recipient who are directly involved in the Purpose, who have a need to know the Proprietary Information for the execution of their own tasks within the Purpose, and who the GSA has agreed in writing as being Authorised Third Parties.

More Definitions of Authorised Third Parties

Should Hotel determine that any non-approved URL or portal is gaining access Hotel room inventory through Client’s program, Client will immediately, at Hotel’s request assist Hotel in the cease and desist process. • Publicity - Neither party will release a press release that identifies the other party, via use of the company name or trademarks nor otherwise, without the prior written consent of the identified party, which approval may be granted or withheld in the identified party’s sole discretion.
