Authorised Dealer definition

Authorised Dealer means a person authorised as an authorised dealer under subsection (1) of Section 10 of the Act ;

Authorised Dealer means a person Authorised as an Authorised Dealer under sub-section (1) of section 10 of the Act, and includes a person carrying on business as a factor and Authorised as such under the said section 10 ;

Authorised Dealer means an authorised dealer as defined in the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999, as amended from time to time.

• The cement shall be purchased from authorised Distributor or manufacturer or Authorised Dealer.

• The intending Tenderer, in case of Authorized Distributor/ Authorised Dealer shall possess valid authorized Distributorship /Dealership license from Original Equipment Manufacturers.

• The Form must be signed, stamped and dated by a senior Authorised Dealer Officer, who supervised the completion of the Form.

• Authorised Dealer Category – I (AD Category – I) banks should ensure that the imports into India are in conformity with the Foreign Trade Policy in force and Foreign Exchange Management (Current Account Transactions) Rules, 2000 framed by the Government of India vide Notification No. G.S.R.381 (E) dated May 3, 2000 and the Directions issued by Reserve Bank under Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 from time to time.

• Form FC-GPR has to be duly filled up and signed by Managing Director/Director/Secretary of the Company and submitted to the Authorised Dealer of the company, who will forward it to the concerned Regional Office of the Reserve Bank.

More Definitions of Authorised Dealer

Authorised Dealer means a person for the time being authorised under section 3 to deal in foreign exchange;
