In consideration for the payment of the applicable Charges, Reveal hereby grants to the Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right and licence, without the right to grant sublicences, to permit the Customer, via rights of access granted to the Customer's Authorised Users, to access and use the Software solely for Customer's internal business operations and in conjunction with the operation of the Goods.
The Customer shall, and shall ensure that its Authorised Users shall, at all times comply with the terms of this Agreement including those set out in Schedule 3 (Software Terms) and the AUP in its use of the Software.
