Contracting Parties definition

Contracting Parties has the meaning set forth in Section 9.14.
Contracting Parties means, on the one hand, the European Union or its Member States, or the European Union and its Member States, in accordance with their respective powers, and, on the other hand, Israel;
Contracting Parties of this Project Agreement means the Slovak Republic, represented by the Government Office of the Slovak Republic as the NCU on the one side and Switzerland, represented by the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (hereinafter referred to as "SECO") on the other side;
