AK Steel means AK Steel Corporation, a Delaware corporation, its successors and assigns.
AK Steel s payment obligations pursuant to this Section 7.7 shall survive the discharge of this Indenture. When the Trustee incurs expenses after the occurrence of a Default specified in subsection (h) or (i) of Section 6.1 hereof with respect to AK Steel, Holding or a Significant Subsidiary, the expenses are intended to constitute expenses of administration under the Bankruptcy Law.

AK Steel issued the Securities under an Indenture dated as of June 11, 2002 (the "Indenture"), among AK Steel, AK Steel Holding Corporation ("Holding"), as Guarantor, and the Trustee. The terms of the Securities include those stated in the Indenture and those made part of the Indenture by reference to the Trust Indenture Act of 1939 (15 U.S.C. (S)(S) 77aaa-77bbbb) as in effect on the date of the Indenture (the "Act"). Capitalized terms used herein and not defined herein have the meanings ascribed thereto in the Indenture. The Securities are subject to all such terms, and Securityholders are referred to the Indenture and the Act for a statement of those terms. The Securities are senior unsecured obligations of AK Steel limited to $550,000,000 aggregate principal amount (subject to Section 2.2 of the Indenture).
