Trade Registry definition

Trade Registry means, with respect to each Borrower, the trade registry office in Turkey with which such Borrower (or its branch office) is registered.
Trade Registry means the Istanbul Trade Registry;
Trade Registry means trade registry maintained by the Central Registry of the Republic of North Macedonia.

  • Central Register has the meaning specified in Section 3.05.

  • Share Register means the register of Holders maintained on behalf of the Trust by the Auction Agent in its capacity as transfer agent and registrar for the APS.

  • Note Register and Note Registrar As defined in the Indenture.
