Reorganized Company definition

Reorganized Company means the domestic stock company into which a mutual company has been converted, converted and merged, or converted and consolidated.
Reorganized Company means the Company, as reorganized on the Effective Date or any successor thereto, by merger, consolidation, or otherwise.
Reorganized Company means a converting mutual insurer or a converting mutual holding company, as the case may be, that has reorganized according to this section.
