Without prejudice to any other rights available to the Trustee under applicable law, when the Trustee incurs expenses after the occurrence of a Default specified in Section 6.01(g) or (h) with respect to the Issuer, any domestic Significant Subsidiary or Western Digital International Ltd., the expenses are intended to constitute expenses of administration under the Bankruptcy Law.
Pay and discharge all tax liabilities, assessments and governmental charges or levies upon it or its properties or assets as the same shall become due and payable, unless the same are being contested in good faith by appropriate proceedings and adequate reserves in accordance with GAAP are being maintained by Borrower or such Significant Subsidiary.
