Purchaser’s Group means the Purchaser, a subsidiary undertaking or holding company for the time being of the Purchaser, or a subsidiary or subsidiary undertaking for the time being of a holding company of the Purchaser.

• The Purchaser's Group has obtained sufficient and unconditional funds for the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, in particular the payment of the Purchase Price.

Purchaser’s Group means the Purchaser, its Subsidiary Undertakings, any Parent Undertaking of the Purchaser and all other Subsidiary Undertakings of any such Parent Undertaking as the case may be from time to time (and including, after Completion, the Group);
