Off step hires will receive an additional year-end review in June of their first year of employment despite not having been employed for a full year.

YEAR END ASSESSMENT REPORT. By June 15 of each of the first, second, third, and fourth years of probation, except the final year of probation, of Faculty members appointed, the DAC shall have met to assess and have prepared a report of the overall progress towards fulfilling the criteria for transfer to the Tenured Faculty. In order to prepare this report, the DAC shall have access, from the Performance and Conduct File of the probationer, to the letter of appointment, all teaching assessments, earlier year-end assessments, the member’s annual reports, the member’s response (if any) to teaching and/or year-end assessments, and to any letters giving reasons for non-assessments, and to any material placed in the PCF that bears on his or her progress towards fulfilling the criteria for transfer to the tenured faculty. In addition, the DAC shall have access to any matters of discipline arising out of the member’s teaching, service and/or SRC performance. The year-end assessment shall be submitted by June 15 of each respective year by the chair of the DAC, through the Chair/Director, to the probationer with copies to the PCF, the Xxxx, the Chair/Director, and the Secretary of the Association.

  • Final Report The goal of this subtask is to prepare a comprehensive Final Report that describes the original purpose, approach, results, and conclusions of the work performed under this Agreement. The CAM will review the Final Report, which will be due at least two months before the Agreement end date. When creating the Final Report Outline and the Final Report, the Recipient must use the Style Manual provided by the CAM.

  • Financial Statement Audit If, during its fiscal year, Grantee expends less than $750,000 in Federal Awards, Grantee is subject to the following audit requirements:

  • CMI/RAI MDS Report Recognizing the mutual objective of quality resident care, the Employer agrees to meet through the Union Management Committee with the Union as soon as practicable after the receipt of the annual CMI/RAI MDS report. The Employer agrees to provide the Union with staffing levels, and staffing mix information; the impact of related payroll costs on staffing levels and a written notice of the CMI/RAI MDS report for the facility. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the impact of the CMI/RAI MDS report on the staffing levels in the Home, quality resident care, and provide the Union with an opportunity to make representation in that regard. The parties shall meet as necessary to discuss other changes or workload issues. The parties may invite additional participants to attend the meeting to support constructive review and discussion.

  • Progress Report 10.1 If required, you shall submit progress reports in connection with the Service (“Report”) on at least a monthly basis, or as we may require. The Report shall include a summary of the activities and accomplishments during the previous reporting period.

  • Quarterly Financial Reports The School shall prepare and submit quarterly financial reports to the Commission within 45 days of the end of each fiscal year quarter.

  • Project Reports; Completion Report 1. The Recipient shall monitor and evaluate the progress of the Project and prepare Project Reports in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.06 of the Standard Conditions and on the basis of indicators agreed with the World Bank. Each Project Report shall cover the period of one (1) calendar semester, and shall be furnished to the World Bank not later than one (1) month after the end of the period covered by such report.

  • Annual Statement The Plan Administrator shall provide to the Executive, within one hundred twenty (120) days after the end of each Plan Year, a statement setting forth the benefits to be distributed under this Agreement.

  • Initial Report An initial performance report no later than 30 days after FEMA has approved the first Public Assistance project.

  • Quarterly Progress Reports The goal of this task is to periodically verify that satisfactory and continued progress is made towards achieving the objectives of this Agreement on time and within budget. The objectives of this task are to summarize activities performed during the reporting period, to identify activities planned for the next reporting period, to identify issues that may affect performance and expenditures, and to form the basis for determining whether invoices are consistent with work performed. The Recipient shall: • Prepare a Quarterly Progress Report which summarizes all Agreement activities conducted by the Recipient for the reporting period, including an assessment of the ability to complete the Agreement within the current budget and any anticipated cost overruns. Progress reports are due to the CAM the 10th day of each January, April, July, and October.
