Xxxx Ups. Mock-ups shall be used to judge workmanship, execution of details, and colors for all exterior material elements. No work shall be started on any of the exterior material elements until such time the mock-up is completed by the Contractor and accepted / approved by the Owner.
Xxxx Ups. No Reimbursable Expense, whether charged by Consultant or a Subconsultant, shall include any administrative charge, multiplier, or other xxxx up by Consultant or a Subconsultant, of any tier.
Xxxx Ups. Neither the Architect nor any Subconsultant shall include or charge any markup or multiplier upon any Reimbursable Expense, save and except for such markups or multipliers as may be permitted, if at all, by the terms of the Reimbursable Expenses Schedule - Exhibit “G“ attached hereto.
Xxxx Ups. The allowable xxxx-ups on changes in the Work made by the Contracting Officer pursuant to this Article 12, whether compensated on the basis of a negotiated lump sum, time and materials, or otherwise, are set forth in the tables included as Exhibit B. The Contracting Officer will decide which category in those tables applies to specific changes. The CMR Construction Services General Conditions allowed under, and the xxxx-up percentages for overhead and profit set forth in, that Exhibit collectively constitute the only compensation relating to or arising from a change that the Contractor will receive for the following items: profit and fee; CMR Construction Services General Conditions; incidental job burdens; the overhead of the Contractor’s home office, branch and field offices, and similar facilities; and any other overhead incurred by the Contractor. Additionally, the overhead and profit xxxx-up percentages set forth in that Exhibit for Sub-subcontractors and Subcontractors collectively constitute the only compensation relating to or arising from a change that the Contractor will receive for the following Sub-subcontractor and Subcontractor items: profit and fee; general conditions and field overhead; incidental job burdens; the overhead of the Sub-subcontractor’s and Subcontractor’s home office, branch and field offices, and similar facilities; and any other overhead incurred by the Sub-subcontractor or Subcontractor.
Xxxx Ups. Neither Program Manager nor its Subconsultants or Contract Workers shall be entitled to an administrative charge, multiplier or other markup except as follows: (1) Program Manager shall have the right to an administrative xxxx up of five percent (5%) of the actual cost to Program Manager for professional fees and expenses charged by consultant performing services under an Assigned Consultant Contract, but only up to the point in time that the Assigned Consultant Contract expires or terminates and not thereafter; and (2) a consultant retained under an Assigned Consultant Contract shall be entitled to such administrative charge, multiplier, or other markup, if any, that is allowed under the terms of the Assigned Consultant Contract, but only up to the point in time that the Assigned Consultant Contract expires or terminates and not thereafter.
Xxxx Ups. 1. Cast concrete mock-ups to demonstrate typical joints (when needed), surface finish, texture, tolerance, and standard of workmanship.
Xxxx Ups. (page 1 of Exhibit A). The fifth sentence under the Markup’s heading of Exhibit A is hereby amended and restated in full to read as follows: Any cigarette rebates will be based on manufacture list price at a rate of [***] per Premium carton and [***] cents on all Discount cartons.
