Consultant Contract definition
Consultant Contract means a contract for the performance of consulting serv- ices for RUS, to be paid using funds provided by a Borrower, which may be in the form of a Retainer Contract, purchase order, or other form as may be appropriate.
Consultant Contract means any contract entered into (i) by or on behalf of Craft, and (ii) a Consultant relating to the Leslieville Project.
Consultant Contract as defined in Section 2.4 (a)(ii) of this Agreement.
Examples of Consultant Contract in a sentence
Except as set forth on Section 3.17 of the AOM Disclosure Schedule, no Consultant Contract provides for any severance, termination, change-of-control, transaction bonus, success fee or similar payment obligation as a result of the execution of this Agreement or the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby.
Neither AOM nor any of its Subsidiaries is in material breach or default under any Consultant Contract, and, to AOM’s Knowledge, no Consultant is in material breach or default thereunder.
Each Consultant Contract is valid and binding on AOM and, to AOM’s Knowledge, on the applicable Consultant, and is in full force and effect.

Consultant Contract means the agreement setting forth the rights and duties of a Consultant, which is entered into through acceptance of Modicare Consultant Application Form inclusive of the terms and conditions, all documents listed therein such as mentioned below:
