Work Week and Shifts. The standard work week is seven consecutive calendar days beginning at 6 a.m. on Sunday and ending at 5:59 a.m. the following Sunday. The standard schedule of shifts at main campus is as follows: 1st Shift 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. 2nd Shift 2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. 3rd Shift 10:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m. The particular schedule worked by an employee is determined by Management and may or may not be aligned with the shifts listed above. The standard schedule of shifts at main campus will not be changed without mutual agreement between the Union and College. In the event management determines a lack of personnel, management is authorized to order the lowest seniority employee to extend their shift to stay late and/or come in early.

Work Week and Shifts. 1. Within thirty (30) days of the execution of this Agreement, all employees in the bargaining unit shall work a five (5) on two (2) off schedule. Effective upon the implementation of the five (5) days on two (2) days off work schedule (February 1997), all employees in the bargaining: unit shall have their base salary increased as follows: Rank Amount Maintenance Mech III /Clerk III $3,250.00 Sergeant $3,400.00 First Sergeant $3,600.00 Lieutenant $3,800.00 Captain $4,000.00 The above increases are specifically conditioned upon the implementation of the five (5) on two (2) off schedule.
Work Week and Shifts. 1. The standard work week for employees consists of five (5) consecutive days of work within seven (7) consecutive calendar days beginning at midnight Sunday and ending at midnight Saturday (a calendar week). The work schedule for full• time employees shall be forty (40) hours per week excluding meal times and normally scheduled in shifts of eight (8) hours. The shift worked at times between 7:00A.M. and 5:30 P.M. will be referred to as the "day shift." A shift worked at times between 4:00P.M. and 1:00 A.M. will be referred to as the "swing shift." The length of time over which the hours of work per week are to be averaged shall be determined locally and shall be set out in the Local Provisions Appendix.
