VULNERABLE GROUPS. 1. The Parties agree that cooperation in favour of vulnerable groups shall give priority to measures, including innovative policies and projects, involving vulnerable groups. It should aim at promoting human development, reducing poverty, and fighting social exclusion.
VULNERABLE GROUPS. Young and elderly persons are more at risk from the following hazards in particular than young able bodied adults: cold, falls, fire, hot surfaces, dampness, food safety and entry by intruders. Landlords letting properties to elderly persons or families with young children should be particularly mindful of these hazards when carrying out risk assessments and should provide additional protective means where necessary.

VULNERABLE GROUPS. The Parties agree to share best practices, information and expertise relating to the protection of vulnerable groups, including minors, unaccompanied minors, victims of trafficking in human beings, pregnant women, single parents with minor children, persons with disability and persons with mental health problems, older people, as well as persons who have been subjected to serious forms of violence. The Parties will explore possibilities of targeted activities in this regard.

  • Vulnerability Management BNY Mellon will maintain a documented process to identify and remediate security vulnerabilities affecting its systems used to provide the services. BNY Mellon will classify security vulnerabilities using industry recognized standards and conduct continuous monitoring and testing of its networks, hardware and software including regular penetration testing and ethical hack assessments. BNY Mellon will remediate identified security vulnerabilities in accordance with its process.

  • Abuse and Neglect of Children and Vulnerable Adults: Abuse Registry Party agrees not to employ any individual, to use any volunteer or other service provider, or to otherwise provide reimbursement to any individual who in the performance of services connected with this agreement provides care, custody, treatment, transportation, or supervision to children or to vulnerable adults if there has been a substantiation of abuse or neglect or exploitation involving that individual. Party is responsible for confirming as to each individual having such contact with children or vulnerable adults the non-existence of a substantiated allegation of abuse, neglect or exploitation by verifying that fact though (a) as to vulnerable adults, the Adult Abuse Registry maintained by the Department of Disabilities, Aging and Independent Living and (b) as to children, the Central Child Protection Registry (unless the Party holds a valid child care license or registration from the Division of Child Development, Department for Children and Families). See 33 V.S.A. §4919(a)(3) and 33 V.S.A. §6911(c)(3).

  • Review Systems; Personnel It will maintain business process management and/or other systems necessary to ensure that it can perform each Test and, on execution of this Agreement, will load each Test into these systems. The Asset Representations Reviewer will ensure that these systems allow for each Review Receivable and the related Review Materials to be individually tracked and stored as contemplated by this Agreement. The Asset Representations Reviewer will maintain adequate staff that is properly trained to conduct Reviews as required by this Agreement.

  • Service Level In the event that League InfoSight discovers or is notified by you of the existence of Non-Scheduled Downtime, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to determine the source of the problem and attempt to resolve it as quickly as possible.

  • Downtime Due to the nature of server provision, downtime and lost transmissions may occur as part of routine maintenance. You are advised to maintain a copy of your account status and details of Content purchased.
