Unaccompanied Minors Sample Clauses

The Unaccompanied Minors clause sets out the rules and restrictions regarding minors traveling without a parent or legal guardian. Typically, it outlines the minimum age at which a child can travel alone, any required documentation, and whether special services or fees apply for supervision during the journey. This clause ensures the safety and proper handling of minors traveling independently, addressing liability concerns and providing clear procedures for both the service provider and the minor's guardians.
