Unaccompanied Minors. This service is defined as the transportation of a minor that as of the date of the trip is at least five (5) years old but under fourteen (14) years of age and travels under the custody of a representative of THE CARRIER. The responsible adult shall inform THE CARRIER about his or her requirements or needs at least 48 hours before the trip, or when the reservation is made. THE CARRIER is not obligated to provide such special services if the information is not properly documented in the format set forth for such purposes (i.e. the Special Services Request - SSR). THE CARRIER reserves the right to set a maximum number of unaccompanied minors it may transport per flight. THE CARRIER does not accept or transport unaccompanied minors where the trip involves on its itinerary, flights operated by other carriers.

Unaccompanied Minors. To use the facilities without a parent or guardian supervising them, children between the ages of 11 and 17 and their parent/guardian must complete and sign a new “Unaccompanied Minor Code of Conduct / Emergency Contact Agreement,” available on the website, at the start of every swim season. The Code of Conduct Form affirms that the child is a proficient swimmer and able to pass a swimming test upon request, and that he or she will follow all pool rules. Minors ages 15 or older may supervise children under the age of 11 at the pool, however, any minors supervising other children must have a Code of Conduct for Minors Form on record with membership affirming that they have parental consent to be on premises, that they are a proficient swimmer and able to pass a swim test upon request, and that they will follow all pool rules. Accessibility: Access to the pool for handicapped or disabled persons can be provided through the gate at the bottom of the access road. Please notify the front desk of the need to enter through the gate. County regulations prohibit "animals, fowl, and pets" within the pool enclosure. This shall not apply to support animals, such as seeing-eye dogs, that provide assistance to physically challenged individuals. Support animals are allowed on the pool grounds and in the pool enclosures, but not in the pool water.

If customers choose to use or take a child seat, then the child must be included in the total number of passengers travelling, as a seat in the vehicle will be required. Children aged 3 years and above always count as passengers and occupy a seat, and must use an adult seat belt if no child seat is provided. NB - If parents choose to use a car seat, we recommend they take their own to ensure safety standards. Upon request at the time of booking, in some resorts, child seats can be pre- booked. Fees apply.

A notarized consent form will be required from each parent or legal guardian that will not be flying with the minor. These documents must be delivered to Wheels Up for review before the date of the flight.
