Virtual Goods. Company may license to you certain virtual goods (“Virtual Goods”) to be used within the Software. Unless otherwise specified, these Virtual Goods shall be deemed an integral part of the Software. Any and all Virtual Goods are licensed to you on a revocable, limited, personal, non-assignable, non- transferable and non-sub-licensable basis. The Virtual Goods may be licensed both for a fee using “real world money” and without any separate fee, as applicable from time to time. Any payment for Virtual Goods or redemption of any third party virtual currency is always FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. Company may manage, regulate, control, revalue, modify and eliminate Virtual Goods at any time, with or without notice. Company shall have no liability to you or any third party in the event that Company exercises any such rights. If we discontinue the Software in its entirety, we will allow you to use, if possible, your Virtual Goods for one year. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT COMPANY IS NOT REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A REFUND FOR VIRTUAL GOODS FOR ANY REASON, AND THAT YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE MONEY OR OTHER COMPENSATION FOR UNUSED VIRTUAL GOODS, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER IT RESULTS FROM YOUR VOLUNTARY OR INVOLUNTARY LOSS OF LICENSE UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.

Virtual Goods. In our sole discretion, we may offer you the opportunity to redeem REPUBLICAN SINGLES Gold Coins for access to certain Virtual Goods through our Services. As part of these Services, and subject to the REPUBLICAN SINGLES Terms of Use and these VGC Terms of Use, we grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Virtual Goods through our Services and send them to other users for use through the Services.
