Other Attributes. In the event that, because of the Environmental Attributes of the Actual Production, Seller becomes eligible, at no incremental cost to Seller other than de minimis administrative cost, for credits, allowances or other benefits under any emission-trading, emission-recordation, renewable energy, or other greenhouse gas emissions reduction regime other than the Clean Energy Standard and the Offshore Wind Standard (“Credits”), NYSERDA may request that Seller take all commercially reasonable actions necessary to apply for and secure such title to such Credits, to the maximum extent to which the Selected Project is entitled. Seller shall provide NYSERDA with evidence of taking such actions. NYSERDA and Seller shall reasonably cooperate to cause title to such Credits to be conveyed to NYSERDA after such title is secured by Seller.
Other Attributes. The maximum number of BS 3b UNIs on a single ONT is limited to 3.
Other Attributes. For so long as this Agreement has not been terminated, Seller shall dedicate and convey to SCE any and all Capacity Attributes and Resource Adequacy Benefits generated by, associated with, or attributable to, the Generating Facility during the Term and, if applicable, during the Startup Period, and SCE shall be given sole title to all such Capacity Attributes and Resource Adequacy Benefits.
Other Attributes. All Green Attributes, Ancillary Services and Capacity Rights associated with the Output shall be remain the sole property of Seller. All Output other than the Regional Partners’ Share shall remain the sole property of Seller.
Other Attributes. Consistent with the definition of Green Attributes, Seller is not obligated under this Agreement to sell, transfer or assign to SCE any credits, benefits, emissions reductions, offsets, or allowances, howsoever entitled, that are not attributable to the generation from the Project (see Section 1.B of Exhibit B). Notwithstanding the foregoing, Seller is obligated to transfer Green Attributes to SCE as required in accordance with the last sentence of the definition of Green Attributes. {SCE comment: Biomass or Biogas only, as applicable.}

In the event that the Facility becomes eligible for credits under any emission-trading, emissions recordation or other carbon emissions reduction regime other than the CES, NYSERDA may request that Seller take reasonable actions necessary to apply for and secure such title to such credits, to the maximum extent to which the Facility is entitled. Seller shall provide NYSERDA with evidence of taking such actions. NYSERDA and Seller shall reasonably cooperate to cause title to such credits to be conveyed to NYSERDA after such title is secured by Seller.
Other Attributes. Fluid Proof; non-allergenic; wipe to clean; odor free; antimicrobial, anti-fungal and stain-resistant, pass the REACH chemical compliance check list, provide REACH material certificates for foam, cotton, fire barrier and ticking material.
